Natural Movement

Natural movement (so-called “fitness for the real world”) is concept build on the idea of training the whole body, not separated muscles, in natural environment if possible, to become stronger, faster, more mobile and resilient.

Using mostly our body weight, objects found in nature and simple tools (tennis ball, wooden stick, …) we focus on basic human movements / patterns like squatting, hanging, crawling, jumping, balancing, climbing, rolling, carrying, lifting, throwing, catching and many more.

We move, we train, we workout, we play, we have fun, we simply try to bring more movement / physical activity to our (often) sedentary lifestyle.
