Influenced by methods like Ido Portal, MovNat, Natural Movement, we try to look at human body as whole system. Not separated muscles, joints, bones. We believe our bodies (and brains) are made to move, not train, as often as possible…

Train moves and patterns, not muscles

The main goal of our practice is to feel better & pain-free inside our own bodies. To gain back ability that we owned once when we were kids, but lost in adult age.

With our practice, we first focus on forgotten basic human patterns – squatting, hanging, crawling, jumping, balancing, climbing, etc. After these, when our body is ready, we move to more complex moves and patterns and focus on elements like strength, speed, power…

MOVE. Because you can. If you won’t – tomorrow you might not be able to. MOVE.
